Bryan Clark was appointed to the University of Houston System Board of Regents by Governor Greg Abbott on December 12, 2025, and will serve through August 31, 2029. A native Houstonian, Clark earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1990 with a double major in Accounting and Marketing. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant license before founding BC Consulting in 2002. Clark owned and operated the boutique CPA firm for more than two decades, specializing in income tax consulting and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth families and closely held businesses. In 2025, BC Consulting merged into Doeren Mayhew Advisors, where Clark now serves as a principal. Throughout his career, he has maintained strong ties to the UH System by hiring UH students and supporting accounting recruitment efforts across multiple campuses. Clark is a Life Member of the University of Houston Alumni Association and a longtime supporter of UH Athletics. He is married to Susan, a 1990 graduate of the University of Houston–Clear Lake, and they have two adult children.
