Accessibility Training & Tools

The University of Houston System encourages faculty and staff to actively engage in our community's electronic and information resources accessibility efforts. The accessibility training offerings below are resources available from several credible sources including the Texas Governor's Office, Level Access (contracted to provide accessibility training statewide), LinkedIn Learning, Anthology Ally (Ally for LMS), SiteImprove Frontier, and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Other resources found in the "Resources" area of this website include a Glossary of Accessibility Terms and Self-Guided Accessibility Training. These tools can help develop a better understanding of how to create accessible websites, LMS content, as well as Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF resources.

After reviewing the content below, UH System encourages faculty and staff to explore our Self-Guided Learning page.
