Don A. Sanders

Mr. Don A. Sanders served as President of Madison Williams and Company LLC (formerly Sanders Morris Harris Inc.), from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Sanders co-founded Sanders Morris Harris Inc. ("SMH"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanders Morris Harris Group Inc. (SMHG), in 1987.

Before joining SMH, Mr. Sanders was employed by E.F. Hutton & Co., Inc., where he served from 1959 to 1987 in various capacities, including as an Executive Vice President from 1982 to 1987 and its Account Executive since 1959. Mr. Sanders has over 40 years of experience in the securities industry. He serves as Vice Chairman of Sanders Morris Harris Inc. and SMH Capital Inc.

He serves as Vice Chairman of The Edelman Financial Group, Inc. (formerly, Sanders Morris Harris Group Inc.) and has been its Director since February 2000. Mr. Sanders served as Vice Chairman at Harris Webb & Garrison Inc.

He serves as a Director of SMH (formerly known as Sanders Morris Mundy Inc.), an investment banking firm and a wholly owned subsidiary of SMHG.

Mr. Sanders has been Director of Sanders Morris Harris Group Inc., since February 1, 2000. He served as Vice Chairman of Madison Williams and Company LLC. He served as a Director of The Express Bank of Texas. He served as a Director of Waste Services Inc., (formerly known as Capital Environmental Resource Inc.) from September 6, 2001 to July 28, 2004. He served as a Director of E.F. Hutton & Co., Inc. from 1982 to 1987. He is Principal Owner of the Round Rock Express Baseball Club.

Mr. Sanders was Owner of Houston Sports Association and Houston Astros. He serves as Chairman of Community Partners. His additional board affiliations include the Nolan Ryan Foundation, the Governor's Business Council, the Baylor College of Medicine Committee on Minorities, the DePelchin Children's Center, the Childress Foundation and the Houston Symphony.

Mr. Sander serves as a Member of Houston Police Officers Pension System, the Nolan Ryan Foundation and the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau. He served as member of the Board of Regents of the University of Houston System.

Mr. Sanders holds Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
